Jack

Jack Johnston is a professional musician and music educator located in Toronto, Ontario. He is able to perform and teach in many genres including Jazz, Classical, R&B, Rock, Pop and Funk. Jack has over a year of experience in professional performance settings with critically acclaimed Canadian Jazz musicians such as Trevor Giancola, Terry Clarke, and Lucian Gray.
James

James started learning piano in the second grade, violin in the fifth grade, and is passionate, knowledgeable and proficient on both. Following high school, James studied Music Education at the prestigious UWO in London, ON. James is a passionate Toronto music teacher and finds much joy through music and teaching.

Raphael's brilliance eventually led to an invitation to be one of the first of the few young musicians to move up to the Manila Symphony Orchestra. This was an incredible accomplishment since at the time, current members of the Orchestra’s Academy program were not frequently invited.

With a background in Western Classical music for Piano and Music theory under the Associated Board of Royal School of Music, London, UK; Ronnie started writing songs at the age of 14, eventually transitioning to Jazz Music and discovering songwriting and music production.

Sean is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist, composer, improviser and music teacher based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He learned to play in Toronto by several of the leading voices in Canadian jazz including Kelly Jefferson, Barry Elmes, Tara Davidson, and Artie Roth.

Tasman is currently a postgraduate student in Toronto with many years experience of teaching students ranging from the age of 4 to adults. In additional to giving one-to-one violin lessons in Toronto, he's experienced in a group setting, having taught group classes in elementary schools.

Alexander began playing piano at the age of 3 and by the age of 15, he had completed his ARCT diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Music. Throughout his career as a pianist, he has won many awards and competitions, including the founders trophy at the Wishing Well Lions Music Festival.

Clara is a music teacher residing in Markham, ON. She started learning piano at the age of 5, violin at the age of 10, and trumpet at the age of 11 in her school's band program. She also joined a children’s choir and musical theatre troupe at Yip’s Canada when she was 9 years old.

Gretel is a versatile multi-instrumentalist, composer, engineer, arranger/orchestrator, and director from Mexico. She has recorded artists with JUNO and GRAMMY awards such as Larnell Lewis (Snarky Puppy), JP Saxe, Alex Bird, Steven Page (Barenaked Ladies), Londa Larmond, Lorenz Guggenheim, Laila Biali, among others.

Josh is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a degree in Jazz Performance. Picking up the guitar at a young age, he moved from Calgary to Toronto to pursue music professionally. His passion for music has seen him performing and writing across a variety of styles, with a strong focus on jazz, rock and folk.

Peter graduated from York University with degrees in Music (piano performance) and Mathematics. Presently, he teaches mathematics in the public school board. He previously taught instrumental music, directing the Concert Bands and Jazz Band and took them to perform at various concerts, festivals and competitions.

Simon is a South African born pianist and vocalist based in Downtown Toronto. He is a music teacher with many years of experience teaching students from beginner to advanced levels. A graduate of the University of Cape Town from which he holds a BMus in Performance and a PostGraduate Diploma in Performance, Simon specialized in chamber music and accompanying, disciplines of which he is particularly fond of.

Thomas earned his Master of Music degree from the University of Toronto in 2022 and his Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Alberta, graduating in June 2020. He was the recipient of the U of T Fellowship in Music in the first year of his studies and the Nour Private Wealth Award in the second year of his studies at the University of Toronto.

Vladimir’s repertoire encompasses great classics and 20th century composers such as Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Scriabin, Ravel, Shostakovich, Messiaen, Bartok and others. Vladimir made his first public appearance at the age of 11 playing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No 1 when he was a student at Special Music School in Kharkov, Ukraine.

Justin is a musician based in Toronto, On who started his musical journey at the age of 13 years old. Under the careful instruction of many top Toronto music teachers, Justin studied both piano and guitar. Now enrolled at York University, Justin is pursuing his Bachelor of Music degree with aspirations of teaching at the high school level.

Dr. Ruposhi, a top Toronto violin teacher, is the first Bangladeshi violinist to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in performing arts. Through the Indian government’s scholarship program, and the guidance of Professor DK. Bhonsle, Dr. Ruposhi has completed her Ph.D thesis in the faculty of performing arts at the Maharaja Sayajirao University.
