Joana

Joana is a passionate Toronto based violin teacher and performer. She shares her joy and passion for music in each lesson and is well versed in teaching many methods, including Suzuki and RCM. As a performer, she has collaborated with many orchestras and since coming to Canada, has reconnected with her roots and enjoys playing Mexican folklore music. In her home town of Mexico City, she she began her career as a music teacher at a very young age, working with many different Academies and orchestras. She customizes her lessons based on the specific and unique qualities of each student.
