Nathan is a versatile musician, producer, sound engineer and music teacher whose passion for education and sharing the transformative power of music has shaped his career. With a robust background spanning composition, recording, production, performance, arrangement, psychoacoustics, and ear training, he brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every lesson.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music with a double major in Jazz Composition and Contemporary Writing & Production, Nathan had the privilege of learning from and collaborating with some of the world’s finest musicians. His unique journey includes a blend of formal training and self-taught innovation, allowing him to combine technical expertise with a fresh, intuitive approach to music education.

Nathan's teaching philosophy is rooted in adaptability, patience, and inspiring his students to develop their own musical voices. He is committed to making music accessible and exciting, drawing on his diverse experiences, which range from live jazz piano and arranging for large ensembles to tracking hip-hop vocals and producing cutting-edge music.

His ability to connect with students of all ages and skill levels, coupled with his dynamic teaching style, makes him an exceptional mentor who instills confidence and creativity in every aspiring musician he works with.
