Veronica

Veronica is a Toronto-based early childhood music teacher with over 14 years of experience

in training students in musical theatre, movement, and vocals. Certified by Trinity College, London in

Musical Theatre, she holds a Distinction in Grade 7 Vocals from Rockschool. She graduates with a

Masters in Early Childhood Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University this Fall. She also holds a

Diploma in Theatre in Education from India. Knowing that effective singing involves diaphragmatic

breathing, posture, and full-body resonance—not just the vocal cords—Veronica integrates

movement, dance, and use of props into her lessons, creating an engaging and holistic learning

environment.

Veronica has over 12 years of dedicated service to working with children from vulnerable and

underserved communities – with a particular focus on addressing issues related to child abuse, child

protection, and children in conflict with law. She believes in teaching with kindness, always centering

the child's individual needs during her sessions to ensure a supportive and nurturing experience.

Veronica's vibrant teaching style and infectious energy make her a favorite among students, who

benefit from her expertise in pop, rock, and musical theatre. She coaches singers and performers

internationally in Toronto, Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Vietnam, St. Lucia, India, and the

Netherlands.
